Developer
Contributes to project delivery through programming (J2EE and JSPs) and the use & integration of product software.
Reports to Regional Director, and works collaboratively with Developers, Solution Engineers, Project Managers and Architects.
Skills:
- Expertise with directories (specifically Active Directory 2000 or higher)
- Expertise in architecting, deploying and supporting n-tier infrastructure (O/S level, Application servers, Web Servers) for complex web applications (either custom developed or packaged applications)
- Experience designing, implementing and securing web based applications (either for internal or external users)
- High level of competence and knowledge of Java programming (J2EE and JSPs)
- Ability and interest in quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
Solution Engineer
Contributes to project delivery through detailed solution design, programming (J2EE and JSPs) and the use & integration of product software.
Reports to the Regional Director, and works collaboratively with Developers, Solution Engineers, Project Managers and Architects.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years implementing IAM solutions
- 5+ years as a consultant
- Demonstrated communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong problem solving ability
Project Manager
Leads the project team and is responsible for project delivery management and administration, budget tracking and management.
Reports to the Regional Director, and works collaboratively with Developers, Solution Engineers, Project Managers and Architects.
Skills:
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to coach and lead others
- Strong business acumen; understand the link between business need and application of technology
- Proven track record in working with multiple initiatives and projects at the same time
- Proven ability to deliver project deliverables on time and in scope
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Solution Architect
Requirements gathering, project delivery through detailed solution design, programming (J2EE and JSPs) and the use & integration of product software.
Reports to the Regional Director, and has indirect supervisory responsibility for Developers, Solution Engineers, Project Managers and Architects.
Skills:
- broad-based systems professional with extensive technical experience, refined communication and organizational skills, and excellent leadership qualities
- Proven experience in the application of technology to resolve business challenges
- Demonstrated abilities in project management, conceptual planning, network design, integration, and implementation, application integration, troubleshooting and debugging, product marketing, and training
- 3 to 5 years extensive experience in the fields of e-Commerce security, application integration and directory integration.
North Eastern U.S. Regional Director
Develops and executes sales strategies that increase sales and market share, increase profitability, and maximize productivity. Manages a Regional Business Unit, and has direct supervisory responsibility for regional consultants (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers).
Reports to CEO.
Skills:
- Senior Consultant/Sales Engineer working with internet related technologies in a presales, post-sales and consulting capacity.
